There is a lesser known festival in Israel that is much older than Valentine’s Day. It is not a Feast of the Lord, but its themes of harvest and marriage have created a stir among those who anticipate the Rapture to occur very soon, as in this year. That day is known as Tu B’Av or the 15th of Av. This year it is this Monday–July 26th. For a better explanation of the day, click here. However, the day that is really coming into view is the Feast of Trumpets. This year the Feast of Trumpets (September 9) is coming 120 days after Ascension Day (May 13). For those familiar with the book or past posts of 120 days, most of these periods have a golden proportion day at the split of 74 and 46 days. And yes, the 15th of Av does land at the golden proportion between Ascension Day and Trumpets this year. While the Feast of Trumpets must maintain its importance with regards to the Rapture, this factor of the 15th of Av may be showing some supportive role. And there is another interesting discovery in this. On the eve of Trumpets 2008 the stock market crashed 777.68 points. This led to a seven day decline in the market. What is fascinating is that others have done some day counts. From the cease fire of the 2006 Lebanon-Israeli War at 8:00 am August 14th, it is 777 days until the 777 point crash on September 29, 2008. Go another 666 days from the crash and the count ends at July 26, 2010, which is this day of Av 15. Then there is even something new to add that was also discovered by a couple of others. If we start from September 11, 2001 and add nine years of 360 days, the time will run out on July 26, 2010. But this is not an inclusive count of both beginning and ending days meaning that the span is really nine 360-day years and one day. However, it may be more significant in that this can also be figured as a span of 77,777 hours! That would be 3,240 days and 17 hours. As July 26 will mark 46 days left in our countdown, we continue to wait to see what may further develop (someone just e-mailed me today and said this was the numerical value of Elijah’s name). Is this one of those days as well? Is the mathematically timing tied into the holidays and their themes all there is? Or will there be additional backing to these days in the form of notable events? These are the questions waiting to be answered.
