The Tu B’Shevat lead in to Hanukkah

December 15, 2017
Hanukkah Day 3

So much has happened in just over three weeks from writing The Hanukkah Miracle—Oil for the Lamps. North Korea showed the world it could launch an ICBM and hit anywhere in the USA. Russia, Turkey, and Iran met for the first time and formed an alliance fitting for Ezekiel 38-39. Israel has attacked Syria. The USA declared that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel and now on the first day of Hanukkah, Islamic nation’s met in Turkey because President Donald Trump crossed their red line. Russia even announced they were going to pull back from Syria after being there for over two years, but they may soon turned around with hooks in their jaws. We are on the verge historically and mathematically. We are in the midst of Hanukkah and I see no way out of it except...up.

Signs of the End - Orders
Signs of the End - Orders

There have been so many calculations that seem to come to a crossroads in a few days. It all seems to come down to this—these last few moments. There has been much searching the news to see what may soon break and try not to get too anxious with all of these studies and discoveries on the line. While punching in some numbers today, a mistake was made by subtracting what should have been added and by the Grace of God, what the calculator revealed seemed familiar. Instead of counting days from July 14, 2017 to Hanukkah, the days were subtracted and revealed Tu B’ Shevat 2017—Rosh Hashanah for Trees.

Three and a half years ago that date had come up while working  on the Tetrads and that day has since come and gone, but now it was on the screen again. Here is a quote from the Tetrad Trio in 2014:

“In the tetrad of 1949-1950, the day counts of 501 and 333 seemed significant. If 501 days are used from the last eclipse of 2015, it will arrive on Shevat 15 (February 11) in 2017 and this is the day known as Rosh Hashanah for Trees–Tu B’Shevat. This day may become even more significant in 2017 when one considers the following concerning the meaning of the holiday with regards to the almond tree.

"The almond tree has special significance for Tu B'Shevat. The word for "almond" is shakeid, which comes from a root that means to "watch" or "wake" (i.e., shakad). The almond tree is the among the first trees to "awaken" from its winter sleep... We therefore eat almonds on Tu B'Shevat to celebrate the return of spring.  In the Scriptures there is a play on words regarding the use of "almond" and God's "watchfulness" (i.e., faithfulness): "And the word of the LORD came to me, saying, 'Jeremiah, what do you see?' And I said, 'I see an almond branch.' Then the LORD said to me, ' You have seen well, for I am watching over my word to perform it'" (Jer. 1:11-12)."

Even if no event occurs on this date, it is still significant in its timing. If Daniel's 70th Week does begin 40 weeks later (
changed now to 44 weeks), hopefully the watchful see what is soon coming. But even if many are still not awake, God is ultimately watchful and faithful to His own Word and will soon perform it. As Israel was partitioned 501 days before the first eclipse of 1949-1950's tetrad, a day of watchfulness comes 501 days after the last eclipse of 2014-2015's tetrad. However, there is more to this final eclipse of 2015 and the only one to be seen from Israel…”

Indeed there is symmetry here and also to what was soon discovered by the help of a “mistake”. For review the following dates were highly significant:

July 14, 2017—the terrorist attack on the Temple Mount. Exactly 18,300 Days from June 7, 1967 when Israel won the Temple Mount. (All significant events in Israel since 2006 have come at 100 day increments).

July 17, 2017—first open prayers on the Temple Mount by Jews in over 50 years.

July 25, 2017–the Knesset has the metal detectors removed from the Temple Mount that caused the uproar.

Tu B’Shevat 2017 (2/11/17) plus 153 days was July 14, 2017 and then another 153 Days was the Emergency Summit in Turkey on Hanukkah Day One this week. The number 153 is the number of the last harvest of fish for the Disciples. 153 has been found in other calculations.

Tu B’Shevat 2017 plus 490/pi days (156) was July 17, 2017 and another 490/pi days is December 19, 2017—Hanukkah Day 7. Day seven is Tevet 1 and the day Esther became Queen. It is also “coincidentally” the third day (Tuesday), the preferred day of Jewish weddings (these won’ t coincide again until 2028).

July 17, 2017 was 49 360-day years from the Knesset decree to rebuild Jerusalem on April 1, 1969–Passover. We are also in the 483rd year since the decree made by Suleiman to rebuild Jerusalem as well. 483 + 7 = 490. Think secondary application of Daniel 9:25.

So Rosh Hashanah for Trees—watching, does come into play with symmetry after all.

Now there are only a few days that remain and if Day 1290 (11/11) in 2024 is the end of the 2520 days from Hanaukkah Day 7. All of the math still stays intact. If we were to hypothetically kick the can further down the road in order to save the math and make Tu B’Shevat 2018 the start, it would push the 2520 days to end at Day 1335 and make a lopsided 70th week. The Feast of Dedication or Hanukkah seems to be a much better fit with the themes of:

Enoch- 7th generation from Adam who was translated to Heaven at 365 years.  Enoch is Chanwk and Hanukkah or Chanukkah is derived from the same root word–dedication. Enoch is the first raptured saint.

Esther is the Jewish Queen who ends up saving Israel. Here marriage came on what is now Hanukkah Day 7.

Jesus’ first miracle at Cana was on the third day.  Jewish weddings usually occur on Tueday as the third day in Genesis was called good twice. A double portion of goodness.

A Hanukkah start is also an interesting placement as Day 1335 ends also on Hanukkah 2024 on Day 1 by all of the calculations.

Tevet 10– The day Nebuchadnezzar began his siege on Jerusalem. Only 9 days after Tevet 1. This may parallel the coming war on Israel from the north after the righteous have departed. Micah 7, Ezekiel 38-39. Tevet 1 also comes 7 months before 9 Av and may also fit the 7 months of delay to bury the dead in Ezekiel 39.

These are some last minute considerations that Hanukkah Day 7 may be the momentous day. By calculation it would appear that the Rapture and start of the 70th Week could be the selfsame day. God will be reigniting His Covenant with Israel and Israel takes off where the Church leaves off.  As the Body of Christ, we all believe and hope for mighty things from the people of Israel. Their long prophesied hour is nearly here. We pray that many will believe in the Messiah who is Jesus. And not only Israel, but also the many friends, family, or any other person who did not believe in Christ. God has revealed it and it is time to believe in it...

Habakkuk 2:1-4

I will stand my watch

And set myself on the rampart,

And watch to see what He will say to me,

And what I will answer when I am corrected.

Then the Lord answered me and said:

“Write the vision

And make it plain on tablets,

That he may run who reads it.

For the vision is yet for an appointed time;

But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie.

Though it tarries, wait for it;

Because it will surely come,

It will not tarry.

Behold the proud,

His soul is not upright in him;

But the just shall live by his faith.
